Keylogged = Keylogger?

Ok, My brother whos only little spent ages on Runescape making a good acount and having good items. However a week ago some guy like 5 years older than him keylogged him of all his stuff *this is removed now*.

I have the guys Email address and I want revenge. This maybe a little naughty but I need a good free keylogger to keylog this guy by his email address and get my brothers stuff back. Could someone please tell me a free, good and safe keylogger that will work on the job to download it.

Or if there is any other method of keylogging the little W****R
