Question Unknown Software Exception

I am running under XP, IE 7 (Yahoo version). Whenever I close down IE I get two error messages:
"Unknown Software Exception 0x0eedfade at 0x7c812a5b"
and, when I close that window I get another:
"Runtime Error 217 @ 0410FB4A"
There is no problem in using IE it's just annoying when I close it down.
I was thinking of uninstalling it and then downloading it from Microsoft instead of Yahoo. What do you think?
