Question How to connect my wireless connection

Hi There,

I have a dlink GT604t wireless router. I managed to set up for the LAN connection and all is working fine, but i cannot get the wireless conection working. I have a rt 2500 wireless lan card in my pc which is working becuase it picks up next doors wireless connection. I have enabled the wireless settings on the router but my card is not picking up my router can you give any advice?

Check if you have fire wall on. This link might help http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314897
I would also try the router with the secure networking turned off just to see if it makes a difference.

If it's picking up your neigbours your card is OK, have you got your wireless ID hidden? usually named SSID, check in the router config pages to see how to enable or show the SSID
