Connecting 2nd PC

Hello, I'm having trouble connecting my 2nd PC to the net, Ive got them to talk to eachover, can view each Pc's files etc, but its not leting me connect.
Ive done it before, but now im totaly lost. any help would be apreciated.

my setup is: [Modem]-<PC1>-<PC2>
