Here's one I use for adding incidental music to video projects:

Totally free for non-commercial use. Fees apply if used in productions/performances where there is a charge for admission, broadcast, etc., blah blah.

Hmmm....yea thats a tricky one i use lime wire but i guess that not legal lol
