Webpage problem

I signed up for free password protection with authorization pro.
I set it up and it only worked for about a week and then it was all jacked up and locked my site in a endless refresh cycle. So I went in and removed all of the scripts I added from them. My host told me how to password protect my site from my control panel so I did that and its working.

Thing is when I go to the site instead of the browser displaying www.foreverpurple.com
it says
http://www.authpro.com/cgi-bin/auth....Purple&error=1

I emailed authorization pro and asked them how to remove it.... they said remove all references to them and it would go away. WELL IT DIDN'T and they won't email me back!

I built all my pages in Coffee Cup and I reuploaded them. Any ideas how to get rid of this crap?

www.foreverpurple.com asks for user/pass.

If you want to remove it, delete .htaccess from your FTP.

I dumped my cookies and temp files... I did a complete internet clutter clean out and its still showing on mine.... WTH is wrong on my end then???

Tools > Internet Options... > Under Temporary Internet files click Settings... > Check for newer versions of stored pages: Select Every visit to the page > Ok > Apply.

Okay I did that and it didn't work!
When I try to refresh the page it goes to the auth pro pop up for log in and won't let me in.

I cleaned out all my stuff again and that didn't help either.
