Problem With MIRC in XP

Hello everyone
guys i have Cable net connection ... i have windows xp ... i have set all necessary proxies and everything is working msn internet explorer yahoo but my mirc is not working i just wonder why ... my cable operator is running ISA SERVER ...

Perhaps the IRC protocol is blocked. Ask your provider.
