Anyone able to help me ?

hi all In new to the forum and its good to be here,

I got a question. Here goes.

I recently lost my internet connection, not sure why, I just did. I went to the internet gateway on my PC and clicked the icon and it connected up again with no problem. The strange thing is I was able to connect to servers like halo 3 etc I was never able to connect to them before. This lasted about a week and it went to "normal" this means I cant connect to the game servers again. Im dying to get it back to how it was but im having trouble because it just finds the old settings which means I cant connect to the game servers. Has anybody got any ideas how I get this connection back ? I will try anything. Please help.
