tracking internet use

i am wanting to know what software is out there that would allow me to track internet use on a computer that is not in my house and that i do not have frequent access to. in short, i suspect my spouse to be cheating on me and he lives in another state...2000 miles away. i have the ip address for his connection. are there any programs out there that can be used for this? and if so, what are their names.

007 spy and remote spy are the two software I would suggest.

I have installed 007 spy on more then 20 computer (all customers like yourself...what ever the case may have been)......It works really well.....if you want to use all the advance option such as uploading screen shot to your choice of remote computer then you need to read the instruction other wise it's very simple and straightforward.
