I mean how not many forums and chats still exsist, and how
everyone freaks out when someone posts links online? Do people
really need COPPA, insted of should people how not to be fake,
or not to be inappropriate on social networks.

COPPA is a US law.

And people being anti-links: almost always when posted by new members is nothing but spam - selling pirated software, replica items or attempt to steal CC information.
