MSM Featured Offers

I am receiving 2 or more emails a day indicating "You are receiving this e-mail because you subscribed to MSN Featured Offers". My email address is in the from column with a different subject for each email. There is a unscribe but that takes you to a site selling drugs. Any thoughts as to how one can stop this email.
