streaming problem

when i,m listening to live football on the internet it keeps cutting out every couple of minutes i,ve contacted the football club but they say its something on my computer settings its not the internet speed as i have 10mb running any ideas its doing my head in ?

Unlikely with 10MBit, but try defragging the C: drive. It's used as a buffer when watching streamed video so heavy defragmentation could affect it, but I wouldn't have thought buffering was required with such a high bandwidth. Still, worth a try and won't do any harm anyway.
