Ip problem

hello

first, I don't just sit and shout for the answer here.

I have tried many methods... I tried some software like hide-my-ip,
and some other , but what I can describe them is "shit"
and I have also tried to use some web proxy , but there are just
too many limitation and too slow, and always "down" server

my internet isp has the ip-fixed, and I don't have a router... (coz someone
say router can be used to change ip)

I thought TOR can be used, but I have tried , it is very difficult....

Would anyone suggest me any good method or teach me to use TOR to change my ip ??

And your motives for wishing to hide it are?

Please don't use swear-words in your posts. This forum is used by people of all age groups including minors, and swearing breaks the forum rules. Swearing will also cause many disgusted members to ignore your posts, so you aren't doing yourself any favours by using it.

IP Addresses of course are used to direct traffic to and from your PC. You must need to hide it for some reason, possibly people trying to hack you? Or have you been a naughty boy and you're trying to hack them or download from file sharing programs and you've been caught out?
