cisco pix-510 firewall

This network setup has a roadrunner cable modem, which goes into a cisco pix-510 firewall which connects to a netgear router which then connects to the rest of the computers.

I am trying to host a Counter-Strike Source Dedicated Server on a server that is behind the cisco firewall. When it comes to opening the ports I know I need to get into the cisco firewall but I dont know how. The hospital installed the firewall so I can vpn at home.

What I want to know is how to get into the firewall to open the port for source dedicated server. I know that there are applications that will do that through telnet but I dont know the ip.

does anyone know how to find the IP for the firewall or that the default IP is?
