my internet connections hav disappeared

i got a virus and now ive no internet connections, even in the control panel my internet connections have disappeared. i used a mate computer to try and put softare on computer to repair this but my computer wil not allow any copys and paste, as well as this this virus has deleted my volume controls as well. ive tried winsockfix and aimfix as well as other commands in the command prompt, can any1 help please????

Hi, restart in safe mode with networking and go to networking>right click and choose repair, then run the first progran and download and run the second.
