Web Server Behind Proxy!

Could any give me some help on runnning a web server behind a proxy server. Basically, I have a main windows 2003 server on my network used both as web server and the proxy server for the network. I want to be able to set up another web server but to have its internet access through the main proxy server.

I am using Jana Proxy server version 2.1. Jana gives you the option to setup addition gateways so I am guesing this is maybe where I should be looking?? I also have the alternative of using winproxy istead of jana if this helps.

My ideal outcome would be to setup an open port to the internet so i can point my domain at http://www.mydomain.com:portnumber/ an this will then point to the new webserver that is behind the proxy server. If anyone else has a better solution to that please suggest it. Hope someone can understand my blabah! Thanks

I'm just trying to understand what you are trying to do, so I wanted to know the following (maybe I could suggest a different method)
Do you have a domain name registred ?
Do you have Static IP from you ISP ?
Have you notified your ISP to add your domain name to their DNS record?
