where to free download movies n songs

Need to know in which site i can download movies n songs whithout charge any cradit/dabit card? i dont know is it the write place to ask for it if am doing wrong then please delet my post but dont banned me please coz i want to stay here as long as i can
However am done with some fileshare software like limeware n others but like to know if there any site directly allow me to dl the songs/ movies for free.

OK! U find many web forum for sharing music.

For free film : type intitle:"free film" forum.

By the way, usually you have to become a member first. Please registration in each website.

The best way is to pick a show, like so "The Office"+"Avi"+"Megaupload" at Google.
Look for sites in Arabic. A lot of really nice American tv places are in Arabic, because our shows are censored over there.
