One Computer On Network Cannot Connect

It was running fine yesterday until I rebooted, since then I get a "Server Not Found" error and no applications can connect. I am able to ping Google, Yahoo!, and any other site you can think of and get a return with no lost packets. I was able to update fully through Windows Updater, yet still cannot connect with any other applications.

The other computers on the network run fine.

Things I have attempted:
Cycling the modem.
Cycling the router.
Bypassing the router and plugging directly into the modem.
Releasing and renewing the IP.
System Restore to a week ago.
Enabling DHCP.

I am running Vista 64, fully updated with the most recent patches and onboard Ethernet.

Also, I have disabled all of my Firewall programs while troubleshooting this, so I know it's not those killing my connection. A Malwarebytes scan from last week's definitions shows no maliscious programs and AdAware with last week's definitions just shows the normal tracking cookie BS.

Hi, is this a private network? Are you using IE or another web browser? Can you go to google.com by using IP only?
