Exclamation IP phone problem

Hi all,

I got a problem.Please help me~!

I use Netgear IP phone switch to exchange the signal for couple of IP phones. And the cable is RJ45.
Now coz one socket in the switch is broken(no spare socket), so I am going to split the signal which from one socket of the switch for two IP phones.
I know I can use a small router to deal with it.
But anyone knows how to do it without using the router?
Thank you~!
