Mobile broadband-browser launch issue
A friend gave me a laptop he bought to have a look at a problem,he uses mobile broadband via a usb dongle ,the software is installed and the dongle is being recognised but whenever you click on connect an error message pops up to say that the web browser associated with 3connect did not or cannot start please check your browser application settings.I know this is probably a real no brainer but after the best part of 45 mins im going nowhere fast!Can anyone help?
