Flat file php CMS

hi, I'm looking for a simple CMS (Content Management System) or just a php system for managing a website with an admin panel, polls, and a small forum.

My web server has a mysql system, but I don't feel like the hassle of setting up mysql.

If anyone knows any good systems out there, please drop a post to let me know
