PHP Chat with web cam

I'm trying to find a PHP chat program that I can use on a message board that also allows chat. I found one that I can't figure out how it works.... from the looks of the directions I can only set it to broadcast MY web cam...the other users can't.
I found another that says to download www.webcamxp.com but I don't really understand how that works either.

Can someone help me out here? I'm looking for a yahoo type web cam option in the forum chat room if possible. I'm thinking that's not possible but I want to know for sure.

hate to direct you to another forum, but the devshed site should be able to answer your question. i hate to see a post go unanswered, being my programming and php knowledge is very lacking they usually answer my questions
