Who is logged in and where on Windows Network?

Does anyone know of different ways to check who is logged onto a windows based network, and what computers they are logged onto. I am in support, and frequently have people who have problems because they might be logged into multiple machines at once. This network has clients which have SMS installed, so we can remotely connect to their computers, and we can also use usrmgr to add accounts, unlock users, etc. I thought that I would be able to click the users tab under SMS and see all of the users that are logged in, but that doesn't work, any suggestions ?
