Hello.

I interested in usability at website, and how to get the user locked in to the site. Increasing their switching cost, so the will come back to the site, instead of just using one of the competitors site.

My interest are primary in e-commerce sites.

Is anyone in here with the same interest ? I would like to debate with you. My primary interest is in lock in and sticky features at websites.

Do you have some greath links that we can discuss or just read for more information. ?

Usability is something I've been involved in for about a year but I wouldn't consider this the way to make sites sticky.
