Network Card Problems

I have just upgraded my PC from XP Home to server 2003 but Server 2003 dosn't recognise my network card.If I go to control pannel> system>hardware manager>network devices it can't find the driver for the device.I'me new to this O/S and can't even find my network places to add or configure devices.

If you can't setup a network card then why would you install a Server software on your system ??? And I'm sure you gone say that you bought it.....Come on people !!! You got to learn a bit about the thing you want to do first....
