McAfee Anti-virus v8.0 with Windows NT 4.0 on an HP D530

Hi,

Does anyone know of a problem when typing in a Microsoft office 97 or 2000 application when the cursor sticks for possibly 5-15 seconds before it allows you to continue typing?

I am running Windows NT 4 with the new McAfee v8.0 anti-virus software on a new HP D530 Pentium 4 workstation.
