Cannot delete files on Windows 2003 server - sharing violation?

Hi

I'm maintaining an application, that creates several temporary files (paradox db and index files mainly). After processing these files, the application deletes the files again. This works fine on windows 98, 2000 and XP. But when I try to run the program on Win 2003 server, the application can't delete the files (Error: file access denied) - I have to close the program in order to delete the files.

Does the windows 2003 server enforce a more strict file access policy? Any ideas how I can solve this problem?

Best Regards, Tylvad
