Windows Exchange 2003 GAL Update Tool

Does anyone know of any freeware available for updating GAL (Global Address List) enteries. I have a 250 user base that needs to be able to update their own GAL information when they need to. There are a few products out there but the pricing is out of this world. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated. I don't care if it works through a web module or if it is a stand alone install per device.

If you have not found a solution, take a look at this. I just recently read about it. It is a web page that lets a user update some or most of their information (city, state, telephone number, title, department, office, etc...) in the Active Directory. The administrator can set which fields are updatable and which are not.

I tested this and it works like a charm. It is a desktop client that will allow your end users to update their GAL information based on their permissions within Active Directory and the fields you make available to them in Exchange.
