Windows NT Server 4.0

I was just wondering if anyone could help me,

Where i work the server is particularly old and it has Windows NT Server as the operating system.
I need to upload a webpage to the computer, however it is written in php and i was just wondering if NT support PHP and how do i enable it on the computer itself to make the website work?
