My questions would be. Why Redhat? What are you going to do - setup a server or just desktop use?

There is no way anyone can explain via a forum how to get up to speed on any linux operating system. It will take a little research on your part to learn how to install Linux and set it up. Searching "redhat" will bring up all the info you need.

If you want more current and easier to install and setup linux operating systems let me know. I am testing new distributions continuously.
