Time service in win 2K

Dear All,

I have a set up in which Linux server is acting as time server and I want to set win 2k machine and XP machine as its client. WIN XP is working fine. but in case of WIN 2K every time it shows " System error 53, Network path not found"...

I have a P4 machine with WIN 2K server ,SP2.

Can anybody resolve my problem
