Im a Mac Guy, Il help...

I heard you needed someone to help with posts on Mac OS'es. Ive benn using them for about 5 years now and I be happy to reply/flame to any dumb or real questions.

I've had my iBook G4 since August 2004 and it's been great up until now... It is sooooooooo slow - it takes about 205 mins to fully boot up (including log-in) and applications take an age to load up and it takes ages to react when I try to change the volume or whatever. When it finally gets going it will occasionally stop half way through a song and think for about 10 seconds before going on. I'm sure you'll understand that this is very distressing

Any help you could give would be VERY much appreciated.
