MAC FOR INTEL CPUs

hi to all
i heard that there have been a MAC OS that u can download from the internet that u can install on ordinary PCs..is that true..
i wish i can install that fabioulos OS on my ordinary PC or LAPTOP..
and if so..can i keep it as a second operating system beside my win xp pro ?

PearPC emulator can run mac os x on pc but your need a fast pc 3 gig or more,, its a bit buggy they say..i never used but i read alot on it..check out google.

Yes, and yes.

The version you need is not a standard Mac install disk, so don't bother trying to grab any old disk. It's also illegal to distribute, and indeed to install on a PC, so you won't just find a link to it. I doubt you will find it allowed to be linked on here either.

The processor has to support SSE2 instructions at least. Installation may be easy, may be a nightmare, may not work at all.
For some pointers and idea of the dificulties you may face, have a look at the place to go for info on Mac on intel/AMD: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php? The site may take time to load. Be patient.

You can dual boot, even triple boot if you wish.
