Toshiba A100 Windows XP

i will make this fast and simple..
i have a laptop toshiba a100 windows xp
and the display problem is messed up
it has a blue line vertically on the right side of the screen. and as the screen moves around it starts getting brighter with a green light and then after line are through the whole screen
i know u guyz can help me out and i hope you guyz can help me fix this problem up

If you are lucky its the small circuit board behind the lcd. If not, here is a replacment lcd for $150
