Assigning a Key

I use a program on a daily basis to run and print a list of people requesting books. I have to enter two codes in two separate fields in order to run this program. It's like entering a username and password, the only problem is that I cannot use the "remember the password" option, because this program won't allow it. I'd like to know if it is possible to assign one key to one of the codes and another key to the other so that I don't have to type them in everytime that I run this program. If possible, can you please explain how to do it,

THank you very much for your attention
