Lost password

Hi!
My friend just give me his emac for the summer and I created an account to not change all is settings... But as dumb as I am I just forgot that there was probably a password for is account. I just called him back but he doesn't remember the password because he never use it... Is there a way to hack the emac and retrieve the lost password??

usually if you explain what happened to the products tech support they will help you. Problem is that you might want to have your friend call because they might require some sort of proof of purchase (thats part of the reluctance why people haven't responded to your post) or the other option is to bring it in somewhere. good luck.
