Toshiba Laptop Keyboard Problem.

Hi Can anyone help? When I turned on my Toshiba laptop notebook, the keys don't work properly, I type D and ND comes up, etc... too many letters or my letter with a 2nd one. I tried hitting FN key with other keys as other internet query answers have advised to no avail, hitting Alt and shift and F6 or F11 or any other keys did not work. Num lock and FN just stopped all the keys from working entirely. This is a fairly new laptop just bought at Christmas. Should I just take it back? Is there something I have done to mess it up? Solutions anyone?

If you don't have anything important on it then you should take it back sooner then later.....a new laptop should be doing that UNLESS you have dump some juice / coffee / beer on it

Has anything been spilled on your KB? Juice, coffee etc. If so, that could be why, if not. Recover it, if the same, could be a duff printer.
