Mouse pointer is not moving when SOFTICE is started!

ahhh! i cant really find sollutions regarding my problem with softice! perhaps someone of you knows how to fix it!

i installed a softice NT 4.05 w/XP patch. on my pc under winXP OS!
but when i try to start softice my mouse pointer doesnt move!
i have tried all the mouse option in softice but none have work!

serial port1
serial port2
Ps2/serial
none
intellimouse

none of those options work!

so i removed softice 4.05 and installed softice driver suite 2.6
but im still having the same problem! please somebody help me!

Uninstall Softice.

It is only a tool for trying to fix things that aint broken.

Unless you are a developer you don't need to have it installed.

I also have this same problem... but the difference is, I WANT to use SoftICE.

Also, sometimes when I try to run it the computer crashes and I get the blue screen, saying PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA


Any ideas?
