Office 2003 Needs To Close

Hi, everytime I open a word document or anything from office 2003 a window opens saying that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. I already tried to repair it and re-install it but still the same.
any ideas for a fix?
windows xp. 1300mhz. 1024mb

Can you create a NEW word doc, save it and then re-open it ?

Hi, nothing was working but I look for the dll of the error and it was from my pc, so I uninstall my printer and now office is working but I can not install my printer anymore.
Anyway thank you for your help and time.
