Windows Xp. i think Internet Explorer has service pack 2 and also windows xp. i heard from a teacher that service pack 2 dissallows msn to be opened.
this has IE 6 installed and MSN version is the standard 1 that windows xp installs. we are not able to install msn 6.X because we have no admin rights

You need to ask your teacher to get the System Administrator to set the system up for you.

If the Sys Admin is unwilling to set up what you want then you are stuck with what you have.
