MS Office 2003

I loaded the update MS office 2003/ near the end of loading a
popup asked if I wanted to delete temporary files/ I said
yes and should have said no/? now I cannot load the new
service updates from net. I can download, them but it
asked for the disk 2000 sp1. I have disk 2003. It was/is allowed because of programs that came on this new computer when I bough it. BUT I do not have the cd they want to continue in updating. I have removed the program/ when I reinstall it is not the same as when I first installed. Am I right the temp files I deleted are to let Me update from the net? What should I do?

Office Temporary file serve the same purpose as having the CD in hand, so you are in the right path... you got to have the CD and reinstall the package and the update.

Thanks to start , I uninstalled the program and when I reinstall it does not make the temp files, I deleleted. I have the 2003 update disk. I do not have the 2000 disk. On My new machiine works was installed. The update is allowed. There must be a file or files I need to delete to do a complete install??? Or ?????????? I am lost help please tonysib@yahoo.com
