Hey, What is that program that test RAM for faults, and where can i get it from? is there any other programs i can get to test for faults on other hardware? CPU?HDD? etc.

I hate to be a drag but if you have time, could you explain how i use this from my harddrive and not a CD, or FLOPPY.
I just dont fully understand the Readme, and i dont wont to mess anything up. It would be helpful
