how to onvert an mpeg to an swf

i cant seem to find out how to convert an mpeg to an swf .....i have an mpeg that i wanna upload but it wont go so i have to compress it or do something ............... has anyone got any ideas...

You can go to www.irfanview.com and get there converter, it is really easy to use, just open the file and then choose to save it as whatever file you want. It supports just about every file and it does have swf.

Why not convert to wmv, if you have XP just use windows movie maker.
