Software to create hidden shares?

I am the IT consultant for a company, which would like to monitor the activities of certain PC's on the network. Employees have been told monitoring is in progress, so legal side is taken care of.

I have installed 007 spy software which logs keystrokes, urls etc. But I would like the ability to browse the C Drive, or D Drive of any PC on the network without the Share showing to other network users, and the actual PC user.

Is there software around to create hidden shares? any help much appreciated.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately this article states that 'Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition does not create hidden administrative shares'; a problem I have since all the PC's are running XP Home.
