TAPI 3.1/ACT! 6.0/WIN XP/6-line phone system

Hi,

I'm trying to setup ACT! 6.0's dialer feature with my business phone system. Don't know where to start, and would appreciate any help...even if I have to paypal you a little dough.

Seems as if you have to know a lot about phone systems.

Any advice is appreciated!
