Windows Nt and netscape

Hi everybody..
I get trouble using netscape (communicator 4.xx)with W nt . Hidden frame part of the software wont stop when I close the brwser.. this result in the impossibility to restart the soft for another session unless to stop this "hidden frame" using the "task manager".
what is wrong and what should i do to solve the problem.
