Font Manager/Utility

I used to put several fonts of a project in one font set with Adobe Type Manager 4.0, but this version of ATM won't run in windows xp pro. I had tried some font utilities, but none has the capabilities like ATM, i.e., to make a font set and read post script font.

Is there a font utility that runs in windows XP pro and also can read post script fonts? Can somebody help me?
