Remove unsuccessful sent tasks in Outlook Express 6
Hi there,
I often come across a problem where I send an email that fails due to the recipient email address being non existent. This happens fairly often when contacting many people regarding their ebay transactions and for one reason or another they change their email account. My problem is that forevermore, Outlook Express will attempt to send to the non existent email address every time I attempt to send any new message. As a result my 'send tasks' eventually get clogged up and outlook express will eventually stop working. I have tried to find a way to remove these send tasks but cannot find in the help files (very poor).
Any ideas? What I normally end up doing is deleting the account in Outlook Express and recreating it, but sometimes the send email tasks still remain!!
