saving addresses

I had to restore my computer. I thought I had saved all adresses/
email add. on my CD-writer using a CD-RW(rewritable) disk. After
I had restored my computer, I put the CD-RW in to looked at my
saved info but it was gone. Question-am I using the wrong CD
to store info ?

no, you can use a CDRW to save those, but something must have gone wrong when you burned it the 1st time or the data woud be there.

If the cd/rw was not closed... try looking at it from your writer. It has been known for people to mistakenly do a simulated write and then remove the disk without thinking.
