outlook help

Hello,

I'm trying to have several computers at work access the same email accoutn via outlook.

Is this possible?

Yes it is. Just like anything else, there is a BUT to it .... it seem like you know what you want to do, so that is good.... here is want you don't want to happen... you don't want your email account get out of sync, meaning if person A opens the email account and replies to an email the you want person B to see the original email plus the reply email. what you have to do is to keep setup a rule / policy in the Outlook keep the original email in the server and put a copy of the send item on the server as well (second part it a bit harder, but it is do able)

This eliminates half of the problem. I know that it's possible.

Do you know where I could read up on how to setup outlook on all the computers to access the same mail server?

Do you have your own mail server or you are getting it from the ISP ? If you are getting it from ISP, then all you need to know is how to set one system up properly and the rest of them have to be setup exactly the same as the first one.
